Our great journey started by renting a room in our primary residence. Eventually, we purchased a condo in our favorite ski town. Our innate love and passion for hosting travelers bloomed and thought of expanding our short-term property rentals. This gave us the backbone to purchase our duplex property in Albuquerque, New Mexico which is really perfect as we have family in the area.

All these sweet memories seem like yesterday, and now we have 8 wonderful properties to share with you. We believe that the key to success is not just the properties we own but how we rent them. That is how we’ve grown from a simple idea to becoming “professional hosts” with different types of properties in several markets.
