We live off-site and are highly committed to your privacy. Our goal as your hosts is to provide everything you might need to be autonomous. Metropolitan Mare boasts two boutique-style bedrooms featuring a unique theme & charm. Each bedroom has large closets with hangers + luggage racks so you can get settled in no time.

One newly remodeled elegant bathroom services the two bedrooms. It features a large walk-in shower and modern fixtures. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with all-natural and organic products, so you have everything you need during your stay.

If you don’t feel like visiting any of the local restaurants, the well-equipped and newly remodeled kitchen has all the tools you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals.

A separate tea and coffee station provides a Keurig coffee machine and a complimentary variety of K-cup flavors and options to choose from. The open-concept space leads to the quaint bistro-style dining table and the cozy and colorful lounge area.

The living area offers comfortable seating with plush pillows and blankets. Get comfortable in front of the 55″ LG SMART TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock TV, Pandora, & Spotify (our Amazon library has 300+ movies) or snuggle up to read a book if this is more your style. We ensure the space is always safe, but we have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit on hand just in case. Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are also installed.

The property is always professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Please note that cleaning fees are paid directly to our cleaners. We use Albuquerque-based, women-owned cleaning companies.

Please know that we are committed to using non-toxic, highly effective disinfectant products that are safe for people, pets, and the planet. Not only are our cleaning products ecological, but they are also of the highest quality aimed at protecting our cleaning staff/guests against viruses, bacteria, and other unfriendly microbes. Transit

Your comfy spot will be within walking distance from downtown Albuquerque and many other attractions! Driving is very easy in the city and there is plenty of parking so this is always an option if walking isn’t your thing.

Public transportation is also available. The most common option is Rapid Ride Red Line (Central Avenue) which travels an 11-mile route along Central Avenue from Unser to Louisiana, then north on Louisiana to the Uptown shopping district. The route provides access from the West Side to:
BioPark
Old Town
Downtown
Presbyterian Hospital
University of New Mexico
Nob Hill
NM Expo at the State Fairgrounds
The new International Market
Uptown shopping area

There is a Park & Ride lot at each end of the route – one at the Uptown Transit Center and another at Central and Unser. There is no charge to park in any of the Park & Ride lots. More details can be found on the City of Albuquerque website.
