Neighborhood

Boutique on Beryl is located in the Rio Grand Blvd neighborhood.

This neighborhood is quiet and cozy but close enough to the freeway providing very easy access anywhere in town (Best of Both Worlds – Far enough away to be in a suburban neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle of being downtown). Most of the shopping is within a quick 5-15 minute drive and there is a welcoming community vibe here. Many of the families in this neighborhood have been here for multiple decades so there is a strong sense of pride and ownership with friendly neighbors who all know each other and look out for one another. You’ll likely see a few random peacocks roaming the neighborhood which always makes for a FUN photo with the kids.

There is a Park & Ride lot at each end of the route – one at the Uptown Transit Center and another at Central and Unser. There is no charge to park in any of the Park & Ride lots. More details can be found on the City of Albuquerque website
