We love animals and do allow pets in most properties ($65 pet fare) as long as they don’t bark too much, destroy the furniture, or pee in the corner 😊. Very important, be a good Samaritan and clean up after your dog. A $25 fee may be accessed if dog poop is left behind.
Sometimes we can support an early check-in with a $25 convenience fee. We aim to provide the best experience during your stay with us and have worked hard to maximize your time in the property. We have extended our standard check-in time as much as possible while still providing our cleaning team with the time they require.
With this in mind, oftentimes we cannot support early check-ins. Our cleaning protocols include a deep clean of our spaces prior to the arrival of every guest. Our cleaning partners often utilize the full window from 11a – 4p to perform this thorough cleaning.

The booking process should only take a few minutes once you know your travel dates. You can even select your dates and make payment on our website to avoid the fees charged by the booking platforms!
Most forms of payment are accepted.
Some platforms now allow for this type of payment. Please contact us directly if you are not able to process payment this way and we can assist.
You can make changes to your reservation on most platforms. Some require the host to make the changes and we can do so at your request.
You can cancel your reservation on the booking platforms as well. Some require the host to take this step and we can do so at your request. Please be sure to refer to our cancellation policy before canceling.
Once confirmed, we will handle everything and send a confirmation message with extensive information about the property and the process. Our calendar will be blocked for your dates and nothing about your reservation will change without your request and/or authorization.

You will make payment at the time of booking for most properties.
This is extremely rare – we only cancel reservations in emergency situations such as a major property issue or natural disaster.
Our cleaners keep items that are found after a guest stay. You can make arrangements to pick up the items or we will return them via FedEx.
Professional hosts are very responsive. If you have not heard from a host this may be an indication that they only host part time. We suggest booking with a professional host whenever possible to ensure that you receive the focus and attention that you deserve during your stay!
